Always reliable for movies

I've been using Linus Media for about two years now, mostly for their annual pass. This time, I pre-ordered tickets for a theatrical screening of 'Leo' and also renewed my annual pass. Just like my previous experiences, everything went smoothly. The pre-order process was simple, and picking up the tickets at the cinema was hassle-free. The streaming service consistency is why I keep coming back; no issues with playback quality or content availability compared to my past subscriptions. Mostly good, minor issue

I purchased the annual streaming pass. The selection of South Asian films is fantastic, and the multi-device streaming plan works well across my tablet and TV. The value for money is definitely there, considering the amount of content. My only small gripe was during initial setup; it took a few tries for the app to sync my watch history across devices. It resolved itself after an hour or so, but it was a bit annoying at first. Customer service wasn't needed though. Overall, a solid service but that small hiccup was noticeable.

Good streaming, some UI quirks

The 4K UHD streaming access for 'Jailer' was impressive on my smart TV, very clear picture and sound. I did notice that navigating through some of the older Malayalam films felt a bit clunky, the search function could be more refined. Delivery isn't really applicable here since it's a digital service, but access was instant. I haven't needed customer support, which is a good sign. Overall, the quality of the content and streaming is excellent, but the user interface could use some polish for easier browsing, especially for their extensive catalog. It took me a bit to find the Kannada section.
